Return Policy
Terms & Conditions
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery if it does not meet your expectations. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Returns will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of use, is not in its original condition, or has missing or removed tags. In such cases, a refund will not be issued, and you may request to have the item sent back at your own expense.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please email doginist.shop@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging (especially if there is any damage).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us as soon as possible at doginist.shop@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
