Where We Ship
We ship to the EU and UK from the Netherlands.
Orders outside the EU do not include taxes or import duties. Depending on your country, additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges may apply upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Processing & Delivery Times
Products are usually dispatched within 3–4 business days. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

1–2 business days within the Netherlands

5–10 business days within Europe

7–21 business days outside Europe
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email to follow its delivery.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. For home or work deliveries, we recommend checking with neighbours, household members, or colleagues in case the parcel was accepted on your behalf.
Unclaimed or Refused Parcels
If a parcel is returned due to being unclaimed, refused, or because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Once the parcel is returned, we can issue a refund for the product price only or arrange reshipment at the customer’s expense. If the order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
